« Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »

« The mini apartment was decorated warm and comfortable. It was spacious for two people. The lake views were beautiful. There was plenty to do in the towns, plenty of restaurants. Our hosts were very kind and informative. »

« Great home with plenty of room to spread out. It is about 20 mins to Cooperstown but that was fine with us. Beautiful countryside. There is not one thing you need to bring with you. The owners provide a lot of towels, bath cloths, paper towels, toilet tissue, the works. You do not need to bring anything extra. They are Great Hosts! »

« The house is not clean! Owner states she has a cleaning service, but house had all sorts of bugs, dust and dirt in the bathroom corners and bedrooms. One bed quilt looked like it had dried blood on it. House was HOT!! We had to buy fans to cool down. When we left for the day, we left the air conditioner on, but when we returned it was off!??
