Town of North Castle : recherchez des hôtels

Cuisine savoureuse. Très joli moment. »

« Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return. »

« Beautiful place and very nice hosts »

« Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected. »

« Never stayed in there, never received confirmation or entrance but they did take the payment for sure! The processing of entry was ridiculous, incompetence all around. Had to make alternative arrangements. »

The property felt very luxurious, clean, and well maintained, and it was absolutely worth the price. The amenities were a standout especially the swimming pool, which was beautiful and relaxing. I also really appreciated the study area, which was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to focus when needed. The gym was well equipped, and the rooftop area was another highlight with great views and a nice atmosphere for...

« Items in the apartment were broken. Cabinet door missing. »

The property charged us for parking, but it was valet-only parking. Every time we needed our car, we had to submit a request and often waited up to two hours before it arrived. Because of these constant delays, my son was late for work on multiple occasions. When we first arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty and...

« Pet friendly, good local, clean »

« very happy with experience this time over last time. I communicated with customer relations midway during my stay and made a request which they immediately took care of within 24 hours. I appreciated that. »
