Town of North Castle : recherchez des hôtels

« Séjour d’un week-end. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est accueillant et bien localisé pour les déplacements. J’ai commandé un souper au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Par contre il y a deux choses qui m’ont dérangée. 1. Les murs de la douche n’étaient pas bien nettoyés dans notre chambre. Juste avec mon doigt j’étais capable d’enlever la saleté. J’espère que le ménage sera mieux fait pour la personne qui va occuper cette chambre là. 2. J’ai tout payé par...

« Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. « Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return. »

« After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

« Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere. »

« The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again! »

« Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. »

« Though the stay was cut short due to wintry weather, this was a perfect spot to stay in Westchester a few days. It's walking distance to the White Plains train station. Even comes with a garage! »

« Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected. »

« Rooms were very clean, well decorated however bathrooms were not. Parking was accessible and perfect. Some appliances did not work like iron stained my clothes and coffee machine did not work. Everything else was fine. »
