« Fallerhof is a cute, quaint cottage in a beautiful, secluded setting. Everything was very clean, and it’s a lovely spot for a quick escape. Two things worth knowing before booking: the owners don't provide a key for you to lock the doors with, and there’s no Wi-Fi. The lack of Wi-Fi is manageable if you're hooked up to a hot spot. « If you are visiting Dover Plains or attending a wedding or other event at Preston Barn this is a great place to stay as it is only 1.5 miles down the road from Preston Barn/Old Dover Inn. The house was very clean and sits on a pretty small river where the bird watching is awesome. We enjoyed the deck and bird watching (including a young eagle and blue heron), pool sitting and playing bocce on the lawn.
