« Overall, the hotel room was clean and met our needs. We were in 315. It appears some remodleing tooknplace at some point but never completed. No vent in bathroom made for a humid, slippery situation at shower time. The living room area was also MUCH warmer than the bedroom area. « This is an extended stay hotel which I was not aware meant the some of the people actually live there short term. On our first night we were woke up at 4:00 am but our neighbour yelling and cursing at his other neighbour. The walls are so thin that he might as well been in our room. On a couple of occasions I had to kill cockroaches in our room. The carpets in the hall way are stained all over the place and are in desperate need of replacing. « It was my first hotel booking ever and they did not disappoint because their staff service were very nice and helpful. The room itself was very clean and smell good. They had everything I need including towel and including anything soap related. The hotel was not very loud when it came to people walking by. The parking area was very good because I could distance my self from bad drivers. My only bad take is their pool was crap but beside that everything was good. »

« Very accessible property, right off I75, before Knoxville. Plenty of dining options in the area surrounding the hotel. It was a basic, but very clean and comfortable place to stay.
