« Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « I really hate leaving bad reviews but in this case I really cant leave anything other. We stayed here for two nights as a bit of a break from our week long camping trip, honestly would have been more luxurious staying in our van! The hotel needs a huge amount of updating but not only that, the room was filthy.
