« The facilities are excellent and very clean with many activities within the premises, which are relaxing. However, it’s the staff attitude that needs improvement. I sensed that they value their foreign guests over their Nigerian guests. I expected a more professional and equal approach towards guests… Anyway, I truly enjoyed my stay and I will most likely return with my family. I will definitely recommend. »

« Room outdated, doors close to break, slow wifi, bad foods, ridiculous breakfast, dirty walls.and dirty carpets.Worst Accor hotel that I visited. Peoples are nices. Accor should invest to renovate this hotel. »

« Receptionist is very good »

« Room wasn’t clean. Food is very bad despite their 3 restaurants. AVOID THIS HOTEL »

« This place is a great, fun, hip place. Great location. Clean rooms , pool is lovely and lovely, friendly staff. Great view of the River near the pool at night. The reason I have 4 out of 5 is because the dining service needs to improve. There was not a proper menu to order dinner from the vip lounge upstairs at night. Waiter did not know enough about the cuisine to help tell us what the ingredients were in the dishes. My cousin order Egusi soup with protein just beef. Unfortunately, the chef put...

« Clean. Good food and very helpful staff. »

« Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. I am allowed free shuttle service to the airport as advertised in my amenities and now saying I have to pay for the shuttle service. Some staff didnt know how to use the proper debit machine »

« Hôtel convenable dans son ensemble. Les +: Personnel très prévenant. Construction récente et en bon état. WiFi très correct. Proximité de la zone industrielle principale. Les -: Le restaurant (pas assez de choix et pas le standing international) »

« Very elegant hotel with nice staffs and clean environment. The restaurant is a jewel with various delicious offerings »

« Spacious apartment, clean and quiet. Very scenic with pool gym restaurants and golf resort all close. »

« My stay started on a frustrating note when I was moved to a newly opened wing of the hotel without prior notice, and unfortunately, the staff at the new wing had not been informed of the transfer. Since my reservation was still tied to the original building, the check-in process became unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. That said, the staff remained warm, courteous, and genuinely apologetic throughout the ordeal. Once the communication issues were resolved, everything was sorted out...

« I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for! »
