« La cabaña es cómoda y muy limpia. El único tema qué hay 3 perritos y cuando ingrese uno me rayo el auto porque se encaramó en el vehículo. El dueño de la cabaña quedó en hacerse cargo así que todo bien. Pero la verdad no fue un buen momento »

« The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. »

« Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again. »
