« Check in was a breeze and location central to everything »

« We were given rooms that we did not pay for and had to pay extra for the wrong rooms and room 11 the lock on the door was broken the second we went in there the shower temperature would never work properly the only good things was the fridge and tv the heated blanket didn’t work and would turn its self off and the power stuff for the lights and air con was coming out of the wall »

« Very expensive as the pool and spa both out of order. Staff on site were good but head office rubbish. Stay somewhere else in Toowoomba!! »

« Great room, very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs an update, other than that we had no complaints. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The room wasn’t particularly clean, the bathroom needed to be wiped over as stains and hair were in the hand basin. The girl on the front desk was quite passive aggressive and not friendly at all . Our friends who also stayed were of the same opinion. Apart from her the overall stay was fine! »

« The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free. »
