« Great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We had somewhere to safely store our bicycles ( we’re cyclists from Australia ) which was very important to us . The breakfast had lots choices . We enjoyed our stay very much. »

« We’re visiting from Australia and cycling around the world. We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The staff were kind , friendly and we appreciated their communication on booking the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best ones we’ve had for a long time! Lots of choices! The location was also great for...

« Sentralt plassert i Fergana. »

« A lot of staff around, very helpful, but the room needs a urgent renovation, the wallpaper comes down on several parts of the room, hooks are loose and bathtubs leckes. Could be solved, so easily and would make the stay more plesent. »

« The front desk was very helpful, very friendly and spoke excellent English, something very rare in Uzbekistan. They made our trip more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, especially the helpful male server who also spoke excellent English. Best juice choices we had in Uzbekistan, and the honey was most delicious! They upgraded us to a junior suite so we had all the room in the world. Overall, a delightful, restful stay! I wish more hotels in Uzbekistan where more like them, especially since...

« It is a basic hotel. English language is so limited. I requested to speak to the manager but they say no Manger at the hotel and he does not speak english. »

« They could not find our booking because we used hotel.com. they let us in early to our room. Shower nozzle broken and no hot water. No drinking water supplied either. Contacted receptionist, and they fixed the shower and hot water in 30min. He was super apologetic and helpful. Gym next door is really loud at night. Now im still waiting over 2 hrs because they wanted to charge me for last night even though they have a reservation that says pre-paid. Helpful receptionist let me use hotel phone to...
