« Ok stay at this hotel. The staff and the food made that stay worth it, both were excellent. The hotel is quite far for the city center, but it's ok. The hotel have a driver that will take you there, but the city of Arusha is not really nice. You can't walk 2 min without someone pushing you to buy junk stuff. The pool was dirty and really not inviting, but wifi was really good. Some roomnhave a fridge other not, one night the AC didn't work, it was really hot in the room. The hotel is not sound...

« J’ai adoré cet hôtel de bout en bout. Une perle. Le côté intimiste, les chambres sont top. Le personnel formidable, la nourriture super fine et délicieuse. Les repas en soirée sont incroyables. « My friend and I stayed here for two days and we were beyond disappointed. The hotel is very overpriced and the services and food provided are subpar. Food and drinks are priced quite high for the region and the quality was very unimpressive. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and there is no AC in the room! It was very hard to sleep due to the high heat and humidity in the room at night. We have stayed in 3 other mid-budget hotels this trip and all of them had in room AC units. WiFi...

« The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!! »

« We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus. »
