« I booked this for my parents . The staff were lovely and kind. Assisted them with printing their boarding passes . The hotel has lots of tuktuk drivers nearby and close to golden temple. »

« Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive. »

« This property is not a hotel but operating as function venue. Each night there are multiple parties with loud vibrating music being heard in the rooms till early hours of the morning. The staff are polite enough however our complaints of not being able to sleep due to the noise were ignored. Nor were we properly compensated for the inconvenience and not being able to get a decent nights sleep. Eventually we checked out earlier than our departure date into another hotel.
