« I booked for a suite with a living room and it came with a pull out as well. Very nice room with a full city river view. Almost a 360 view but not quite. However the room I was in was a corner king room partial view. I got all my things checked in and I realized I was in the wrong room. So I go back down and tell the guy he put me in the wrong room. He stated yes I realized but you were in a great mood I didn’t want to ruin it. My response being don’t you think this would’ve ruined it more...

« Our room was clean and comfortably furnished, and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Staff were friendly and welcoming, the whole hotel was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and felt very welcoming. The hotel had a great free breakfast and also free nightly snacks of cookies and popcorn available.
