The guest house appears new; the main house may have new paint and some new furniture. All in all, it was a great location. « We’re so thankful that there was last minute availability as we needed to extend our time in Eleuthera by 2 days due to snow storms at home. I fell in love with the decorating style of each room, even though we only used one. The options for enjoying the sun or shade are wonderful. I especially loved the bed/bench swing and took a nap right after we unpacked! It’s a quick walk to the beach and to the lagoon where we watched turtles swimming around in the morning. « It was spectacular! We look forward to being your neighbor two lots over. We are building a Deltec home there and wanted to make sure the design and layout were what we wanted. The location is perfect. Spanish Wells and Harbor Island are fun to visit but if you are going to the Bahamas, it’s to get away from the hustle and bustle. That is why this location is perfect! »

« This is a Gorgeous house in an amazing location on Eleuthera. It has an amazing beachy/driftwood feel, and appears to have been renovated/updated very recently. We would highly recommend this house if you're looking for an exceptionally clean and modern house in an incredible location!!!
