De nombreux problème dans la chambre, internet inaccessible, prises de courant non alimentées, tube d'éclairage de la salle de bain qui se décrochait régurlèrement La piscine et le sauna n'étaient pas disponnibles. Impossible de réservé un taxi lorsque l'ion s'adressait à l'acceuil, nous avons du le faire par nous même. Le seul point positif, le restaurant et le centre cpommercial à côté de l'hotel. »

« This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well. Unfortunately, I had another flight to Varanasi in a few hours, so I had no choice but to take a quick shower and leave. My advice to anyone considering this property:...

« Average budget hotel, rooms, linen dirty, old rusty fittings, small rooms. Room service staff very slow and careless. Management need to train staff specifically for customer service and facility management, cleaniness & professionalism. »
