"We booked the hotel the evening we intended to arrive. No where on the booking information did it say that Reception was open for limited hours. When we arrived at the hotel it was in darkness, no sign of any staff and there were no vehicles in the car park. The hotel looked empty and not in use. As a result, we had to find somewhere else to stay. It could well be a lovely hotel, but we never got to find out.
