« Absolutely lovely stay at Duke William hotel. It was the perfect location for us to attend a concert at the castle, just a 1min walk away. The hotel check-in was simple, our room was lovely, albeit compact, the bed is huge and very comfortable, and it is very central and a historic building. « We normally stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln but wanted to give this one ago, we got upgraded, without realising complete surprise and never given before, so Thankyou lovely touches in the room (can’t believe that someone would steal the coat hooks though which were replaced) complementary soft drinks,crisps n choc in chiller in room tea n coffee too. Bathroom lovely n clean again with gels, shampoo n handwash, everything u need. The lounge area and bar areas all comfortable n modern there...

« Lovely attentive, helpful.and very patient staff. Our bed was really comfortable. Our room did look over the cathedral, which does mean the bells do wake you up at 7am! Still, it is lovely to be close to this amazing, historic building. Location amongst individual shops, which are a bit different, the cathedral and the castle is a real bomus. »
