« The hotel is in a good location and nearby are loads of places to eat
The disappointing thinks we're prior to booking I mentioned my wife had a disability and would needs walk in shower
When I went to check in that had not been actioned and had to be moved
The room for someone with a disability was so far from reception a long walk
The room itself was like a prison cell 1 small window you could not opening to get some air into the room »
