« Great location within town. Bedding was comfortable. A small inconvenience at the toilet as there were no soap holders. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, much could be improved. Otherwise I had a great time »

« The room was big but worn out, but OK for someone who is just staying there only to sleep. The service is at the hotel or professional, also the breakfast was fantastic The pool was just amazing however it was close to the restaurant and we felt like we are being watched all the time especially because we were wearing bikinis. The staff at a Ramada was very helpful in all our wishes, however the receptionists could speak better English. We would stay here again. »

« Notre chambre n’était pas propre, pas grand chose à proximité. On a pas osé manger a l’hôtel au vu de l´état de notre chambre. Le personnel est sympathique, comme tous les indonésiens. La piscine est gelée, rien n’est tenu en état. Déplorable. A éviter. »

« Hotel sangat nyaman utk beristirahat meskipun tdk terletak dipusat kota, kamar bersih, fasilitas kamar oke, cukup tenang & tdk bising. Yg paling disukai kolam renang berhadapan dng balkon shg kalau mau berenang tdk perlu jauh2 dari kamar. Makanan juga punya cita rasa yg enak, hanya saja utk sarapan kurang bervariasi. »

« Staf sangat ramah dan sigap menolong. Saya mendapat 2 kamar dengan masalah di air. Teknisi segera datang dan memperbaiki. Ketika perbaikan tidak berhasil kami mendapat kamar pengganti. Di kamar pengganti kualitas air sangat baik termasuk air panasnya. Rasa makanan saat sarapan sebaiknya diperbaiki. »
