« Stayed 2nights but got charged 3 nights. Upon booking it was clearly mention pay at the hotel upon check out but at the time of booking either hotel or hotels.com took 1 night deposit and at the hotel also took 2nights so total 3 nights paid. No one took responsibility. Ended up keep calling Hotels.com CS and hotel, long waiting and bound back and forth, finally will get 1 night refund but don’t know when. »

« This hotel sits right at the river bank, overseeing Ganjiang and the Bayi bridge. Breathtaking view in the evening. The room is very clean and the breakfast is very generous. The staff are very friendly. They sent some welcome treat, a bowl of Chinese sweet soap to my room in the evening. From a highly satisfied first comer. »
