« Room was very clean but bath was cracked and shower screen leaked all over the floor so got out of shower and there was more water onnthe floor than ran down the drain, stayed in the townhouse on the opposite side of the road and was very quiet indeed, rooms are named after colours and I was in the room named "scarlet" needless to say EVERYTHING was red, not really to my taste but was quite a quirky thing. Bed was very comfortable and staff were extremely pleasant as well. Would definitely stay...

« Bed and breakfast was great, the staff were lovely. There were lots of little touches in the room for example, decent coffee sachets and the breakfast consisted of many cooked choices + cereals, yoghurt and fruit etc. The room was very clean and the shower was good. The only slight negative was the location as there wasn’t much around and after our dinner reservation was cancelled (chef was ill I think) we had to try and find somewhere else to eat which required driving to get there. Couldn’t be...

« The hosts were lovely, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They put the heating on earlier for me and filled our log basket to the brim without question. We were allowed to feed the horses and it was lovely to see the peacocks and chickens outside our door when we threw bits of food out for them. I want to go back in the summer »
