« We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance. This is not a neat place at all, paint jobs on the walls is very shabby. The furniture needs polishing, its terrible. The windows, floors, linen were really dirty and smelly. There is no benefit of a review view room, because the windows are too dirty, you cant view much. Do not go by the pictures, they are just...

« NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. »

« The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless »
