« NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. »

« The hotel is justified as per the pricing. Food is good. Staff is good and polite. I can stay there again. The baths and toilets need to be taken care off, they seemed less taken care off. Over all good hotel. »

« There was some initial confusing after booking this hotel. The Expedia entry says "OYO Premium Apple Garden" with the "Whispering Inn" as a landmark. However an email was received after booking which stated the name as the "Highland Hotel" and after walking back and forth past the Whispering Inn several times it wasn't clear where to go. A phone call to OYO and then the hotel manager later and a car was on its way to pick me up at no charge, which was much appreciated. The actual location is...
