« My grandfather used to have a house with Shimla so I am very familiar with the place for the last 50+ years. Willow Banks is absolutely the best value for money you can find in the city. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. Also excellent food options either within the hotel or right next door. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Shimla. »

« The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless »

« We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. « Cher pour ce que c'est. Notre chambre n'était pas propre. La nourriture est ok mais pas plus. Personnel de bonnen volonté mais peu lucide. L'hÎtel vit du passé prestigieux des anciens propriétaires et non de la qualité du service qu'elle rend. Le problÚme c'est qu'il n'y a rien de mieux dans les environs... »
