« Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice. The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh. The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good. Convenient since there is an ATM in the lobby. »

« I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. Since I can speak Chinese, I don't know what the hotel staff's English was like. The only problem I had with the hotel was that the beds were typical hard Chinese beds. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel stay. Good service from a knowledgeable staff. It had nice hot showers with good water pressure and all of the full service accomodations that one could hope for. »
