« Overall, the hotel condition and services are great. Especially, Wang Cong, working at the reception desk provided outstanding customer service and a positive attitude. She had a great communication skills and helped me in many ways. The deposit for room is 2,000 yuan, relatively higher than other hotels in China. »

« We were late coming in from Beijing and they ran out of the single rooms. They just put use each in a suite without batting an eye lid! Great service; I was impressed that even the restaurant waitresses were attentive to the guest needs even when we weren’t asking. We were having a bit of difficulty with the chopsticks on the lamb ribs and the next moment I know, a pair of fork and knife was place in front of me. Great service! »

« Horrible experience. From the rude staff, the long checking process, no english at all, the room that smelled like an hash tray although I specifically asked for non-smoking room, no apologies for the issue, and a new room that had trashes, hairs in the bathroom, stains all around, and still a cigarette smell. So disappointing this is even listed on hotel.com »
