« We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia. »

« It is a good place to stay, clean, right size rooms, and friendly staff. However, food needs to improve as there was very limited choice for people staying more than couple of nights. I wanted to check out earlier than 8 nights but did not get the right support from Hotels.Com customer care service which forced me to stay an extra night and pay commission fees for one night I did not stay. I would have appreciated more flexibility here. The immediate locality does not have shops and markets...

« They have opened a new space for some category of rooms which they don't put upfront. So pls check and book. I found them inconvenient and had to fight for the GM to adjust us. But it's better if the hotel states it clearly upfront so that customers know that the rooms are outside the property, around a km away. And you would need hotel transport to enjoy each and every thing as listed in the hotel facilities as all of them are in the main hotel space. »
