« The hotel charged me $10 USD for using three tea bags. There was no sign in the room telling me the possible charge. In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice. The worst is that I received an email from hotel.com asking me if I stayed in this hotel and i was asked to provide the room number otherwise I was assumed of not staying here and shall charge me the room the second time. « spacious and spotless room - widest bed ive ever seen over 2.5 metres! huge shower room. only downside is that there is no fridge in the room AND although there was no smell at all - if you book a non smoking room then there shouldnt be 2 packs of cigarettes included in the "minibar" and ashtrays in the wardrobe! Staff extremely helpful with organising transportation. Worth noting that this place calls itself the DAYHELLO hotel in English which is confusing. ill definately use this place again »

« 我到埗前，用谷歌地圖再確認，你們顯示的位置是康王中路，但酒店真正地址是光復中路，根本不同地方，第二，丹什麼妮斯酒店？？到埗連名字都轉了，你們expedia連酒店名字改了都不知道嗎，已經改成便捷酒店了，房間真的很不行，牆上有污跡，有鞋印，電話不能打，洗手間有異味，升降機要用房卡開，房卡失靈，要找職員開門。。。豈有此理，expedia要給我交待一下 »
