« Many years ago, before the infamous conflagration that destroyed part of the hotel, I stayed there. Also, every Sunday, my family and I would indulge in tea/coffee with fresh scones, cream and strawberry jam. The bar, then, was most charming. « This beautiful hotel is very grand and is still very classy. It is showing its age however, but we still had a wonderful experience, with my husband celebrating his birthday at dinner where the staff made his night very special. The staff are excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. »

« With out doubt one of the best holidays ever. Fantastic place, people and service. Could not fault anything. If you want a South African Experience then Mafigeni is the place. So many things to do and see in the immediate area including Kruger National Park. Self drive or guided if it's you first time you will not be dissapointed.
