« I bragged to my friends that I spent 3 days at a nice hotel by the Yellow River. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was good. I was satisfied because there were many kinds of breakfast. I used the bar after dinner and I was impressed by the kindness of the waitress. However, I had no choice but to use a taxi to get out of town, so that was a shame. But the staff call a taxi quickly I didn't have any difficulties. Even if I went back to Lanzhou I will be using the Crown Plaza Hotel. »

« We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. »

« The listing on the website was erroneous. It said the Standard Room came with a jetted bathtub, so I booked it. When I checked in, there was no bathtub at all. Front desk said that only Deluxe rooms and up had bathtubs, but that there were no Deluxe rooms available.
