« We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. »

« The listing on the website was erroneous. It said the Standard Room came with a jetted bathtub, so I booked it. When I checked in, there was no bathtub at all. Front desk said that only Deluxe rooms and up had bathtubs, but that there were no Deluxe rooms available. I was made to upgrade to the Executive Deluxe room at full price, and even the Executive Deluxe room's bathtub did not have jets.
