« We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. »

« The listing on the website was erroneous. It said the Standard Room came with a jetted bathtub, so I booked it. When I checked in, there was no bathtub at all. Front desk said that only Deluxe rooms and up had bathtubs, but that there were no Deluxe rooms available. I was made to upgrade to the Executive Deluxe room at full price, and even the Executive Deluxe room's bathtub did not have jets. Also, there were spots on the tub where the enamel was worn through, exposing the rusting metal of the...
