« We’ve got a family room and it’s a Peppa Pig themed! Hotel is walking distance to the Shazhou Night Market and the Dunhuang Mosque. No English-speaking staff but no hassle with a translation app. »

« The Ibis train station hotel is an easy walk from the train station, and there are plenty of local food options within a 20 minute walk. My only complaint is that the room was too hot (in January!) and we could not get the the room to cool down. Note that the hotel and city of Lanzhou have very little English, so a translator is needed. American credit cards are not accepted at the hotel, so pay online when booking the room, or pay in local currency. »
