« Property was clean and tidy and good location for where we needed to go only a couple of downfalls nothing major but chalet was really cold shower didn’t heat up properly and no parking so had to park on grass ..would however stay there again »

« TrÚs bon accueil. Chambre claire et correctement chauffée. Ambiance "British" tout à fait respectée. Plateau thé /café bien garni et rechargé chaque jour. Ménage fait quotidiennement. Salle d'eaux agréable. Seul "bémol ": le pommeau de douche ne coule pas bien, un petit détartrage serait le bienvenu. Petit déjeuner trÚs bon, servi de 8h30 à 9 h. Bon séjour à Bridlington. Merci à nos hÎtes pour leur gentillesse et l'efficacité discrÚte de leur accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. »

« The property is superb - spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable with extremely tasteful fixtures & fittings. Faye (the owner) was very professional pre-holiday, replying within minutes regarding a couple of queries. This point offered surety, when based against the 'fob-off', fake news merchants within todays society. We were 2 adults with our 2 young grand children, and pleasantly suprised with the amount of room internally, plus separate eating and relaxing area along the ample patio...

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
