« Plenty of parking. All facilities were available (pool, spa golf etc) at an extra cost but I didn't use. Room looked out on to a brick wall and outdoor plumbing, but I assume this is because I didn't book directly with the hotel. Grounds were immaculate but not visible from our room. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment but it smelled good! »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were...

« TrÚs bon accueil. Chambre claire et correctement chauffée. Ambiance "British" tout à fait respectée. Plateau thé /café bien garni et rechargé chaque jour. Ménage fait quotidiennement. Salle d'eaux agréable. Seul "bémol ": le pommeau de douche ne coule pas bien, un petit détartrage serait le bienvenu. Petit déjeuner trÚs bon, servi de 8h30 à 9 h. Bon séjour à Bridlington. Merci à nos hÎtes pour leur gentillesse et l'efficacité discrÚte de leur accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. »
