« Terrible communication from Expedia to Hotel, as i tried to cancel the second night as soon as I arrived. Computer system not accepting email. Food. Steak asked for medium, came out rare. Sent back, and still the same Had new steak, asked for well done, and came back rare. Had money back, awful. »

The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were...

Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
