« The staff was super helpful and beyond friendly. they were very attentive to our family's needs. The hotel is so pretty. We loved it. The beds were comfy, the coffee shop was yummy, it's located right in the center of the plaza. It's safe to walk and shop and eat. We needed an early taxi and they were great about having there on time. We loved it. »

« You have to visit this vintage hotel in the middle of everything we walked everywhere because everything was so close. Staff was really friendly and they evwn have a hotel mascot named Patrick. I give it more stata if it was possible. »

« Great hotel to stay in Durango. Restaurants had great cuisine and we had 3 meals there. The rooms on the level ground were basic and felt dark and in needs of some renovations. No decorations on walls made the rooms look very sad without charter. Deep cleaning of rooms can also be improved. Location was great for parking and proximity to the historic part of town. »
