« Service lamentable, personnel inefficace. On nous a changé 3 fois de chambre car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de payer par CB car machine hors service. Moteur de piscine éteint. Pas de thé le premier jour et pas de cacao le deuxième jour.. Lamentable ! »

« Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. « The moment I saw the property, I knew my family would love it. Sometimes pictures don’t do a place justice, but this one exceeded our expectations. My wife even loved it, along with the kids, which brings me so much joy. The owner was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. »

« What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...
