« Decent property but has some quirks like the room did not have chairs. Also it is not in the middle of city centre and you need your own vehicle for transport. »

« Excellent Hotel wot great staff. food was awesome. The only negative was we are lunch outside at 2pm, and we passed our table twice, at 5pm and 6pm, and we noticed that it had not been cleaned. Even the bow that my pet had used was not washed till evening. »

« We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. « The ground floor was under construction. However, the staff were very very friendly. They exceeded our expectations. The exterior hotel picture on the app was quite deceiving as it was not exactly as per the image shown on the app. Ignoring this, the staff's commitment to help the guests are truly remarkable. »

« We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures.
