« З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

« Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody! »

« Staff were nice and the rooms were very clean. We were kept waiting after a long drive because of confusion on the reservation.In all a good stay. »

« The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia. »

« I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either. »

« This is not a valid accommodation offer. First the address is wrong, or streets are badly marked in Bukovel. And the place is not a hotel anymore, but a private house. It should be removed from Orbitz / Expedia »

« Загалом цілком задоволені - швидке заселення, номер-люкс достатній для сім'ї з 3х людей, смачні сніданки і смачна та недорога кухня, щоб обідати-вечеряти. Коли дощ і холодно - сауна з басейном рятують від нудьги. »
