« It's difficult to use the same approach to compare adventure camp accommodation to a city hotel. For what it was the accommodation was good and the hospitality very good. Minor maintenance issues around the camp but this did not impact on or distract from the experience. »

« The hotel itself is very nice - quiet location, lovely pool and reasonably close to the Udewalawa National Park. That is all, however, somewhat overshadowed by the fact that check-in took more than an hour - the manager claimed that no reservation was made and no payment received only to then blame hotels.com once I raised my voice sufficiently for him to find my reservation. Not an ideal experience in a rather remote location at 21.00. Other than that, a perfectly agreeable stay. »

« The hotel kept on saying I have not paid, lock all doors and did not allow us to check in until I shown them my confirmation email. The rooms were very dirty especially the toilet. All things were broken in the shower room, no hot water, no blankets. Please keep away from this hotel if possible. »

« The camp ground has a nice setup with a dining tent and lounge area. The food was pretty good overall but vegan options were limited for dinner. The safari was the best part with well maintained jeeps and a guide. Not a fan of the bathroom in the tent, it is hard to ignore the smells in a small tent »
