« Bel hĂŽtel de catĂ©gorie supĂ©rieure, accueil chaleureux et humain. Bien situĂ© en montagne et en retrait du village ( environ 10 minutes de marche). Devant la piste Streif ( Coupe du monde ski). Stationnement gratuit, bon service 24 hres. Le personnel est souriant et attentif. Bonne qualitĂ© de nourriture ( souper et dĂ©jeuner) et emplacement trĂšs propre. Grande chambre, et vue panoramique extraordinaire sur le village de KitzbĂŒhel. Il en est de mĂȘme pour la piscine panoramique au niveau supĂ©rieure...

« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park
 Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...

« The hotel is located just outside of KitzbĂŒhel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »

« Das Team an der Rezeption war besonders aufmerksam und freundlich und hilfsbereit, außerdem waren diese beiden, die Dame und der Gentlemen 24 Stunden im Dienst, so schien es. Restaurant Chef beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck Sonntag war charming kooperativ und gab den Tipp mit dem Wildpark in Aurach, der sehenswert ist. Grandiose Lage. "Schöne Lage, herrliches Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Berge. Essen ok. Leider konnte ich kein Wienerschnitzel bestellen da der Koch keine Schnitzel serviert. Ins zweit Restaurant durften wir nicht essen gehen da wir Halbpensioun gebucht hatten.Wenig FlexibilitĂ€t innerhalb der Restauration. Das Wellnes ist angenehm genauso wie das Fitness. Leider fand meine vorab gebuchte Gesichtsbehandlung nicht statt da ich 20 Minuten nach vereinbarter Zeit nicht weiter warten wollte.Die Kosmetikerin war bis dahin noch immer nicht erschienen und man konnte mir nicht sagen wann sie endlich erscheinen wĂŒrde. Eine Entschuldigung oder ErklĂ€rung bekam ich leider nicht, weder von der Sparezeption noch von der Rezeption vom Hotel."
