« Very disappointing experience at The Grand Ambassador. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. I would never visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Worst behavior by hotel staff. »

« Staff weren’t very attentive at breakfast and it wasn’t very busy at all. Stayed in the suit which was nice and spacious and clean. Food was good and easy to get a rickshaw from outside. »

« Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according...

« I stayed at the Radisson and it was nice, but problem with english.Food " very Indian " Food not bad they could do much better. I went for dental surgery, but was too scared to go outside of the hotel. The Radisson is in a very Bad location. Outside the hotel, too dirty, much begging and too much noise. Reception staff were wonderful. »

« The Maya Hotel for me was a great place to stay from the welcoming staff to everyone and everything.. myself and husband enjoyed my 10 days first in Jalandhar India. Feedback: 1.There was no micro wave in the room to warm food, although they asked us to call for home service. I think something are meant to be private... 2. We had to call to turn on hot water..they should have informed us that they turn off hot water at 11th-hour. »

« Our second time staying at this hotel and this stay exceeded our expectations. I was on a vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite, decorated my room and left us a cake. Breakfast selection is very good. We ate at the hotel for Christmas Eve buffet, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will also come back to stay at this hotel. »
