« Hôtel de grand standing avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Néanmoins, il n'aurait peut-être pas 5 étoiles s'il était situé dans une autre pays. Mais nous sommes en Inde, et particulièrement dans une région proche d'une frontière sensible, et il est important de pouvoir séjourner dans un endroit sécurisé, c'est le cas ici. Le personnel est très accueillant. »

« Room had no telephone, to get reception you have to call the hotel using own phone. Electric receptacle for plugs were so loose that plugs got disconnected. There is no hot water. Both washbasin and commode let out dirt laden water for sometime. Seams like room was not used for sometime or toilets were not attended to for some time. The TV was not operative without paying and activating the hotels account with the cable company. Only good thing is that the fan and a/c worked. The price I paid...

« Room was clean bed were reasonable god, bathroom wasn’t as I expected. Overall room size was tiny not much room around the bed, tea kettle was in kept with cups and tea/sugar packets at a location without outlets, so had to plug in outlet at the bed side table. Only two small water bottles were provided any additional water was charged. Bathroom didn’t have any place for toiletries to be kept, a more than half used toilet roll was provided, fortunately I carry my own toilet roll. No shower...
