District de Howrah : recherchez des hôtels

« River side sitting and sunset view »

« The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station. »

« Not clean »

« Very bad hotel, i found a piece of cigarette on the room below the mirror. Toilet seats were not fitted. It felt like they never clean the rooms, just give out the room as it is for several times and when asked to clean they would actually do it. »

« I did not book online checked for the availability was showing 5 rooms available when enquired he says all full I showed him it's available then he says suite is available I'll charge a premium to it and then says I'll give you another room in the evening as we needed 2 rooms. This conversation wasted my 1 hr had spoken to the manager complete non cooperative. These ppl don't understand the meaning of service industry 10 out of seven activities closed. »

« Good hospitality ! »
