« The property is amazing, perfect for a family vacation for all 12 of us. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor dining options, the pool is excellent, many properties in St John have small pools, this pool is huge. We appreciated the beach chairs and other gear, and we even liked seeing the peacocks walking around that part of Cruz Bay »

« Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. »

« Great location to Cruz bay and restaurants, shopping etc.. The villa was nice and views were outstanding. Staff was timely and courteous to our needs in ways they could be of assistance. Unfortunately we experienced several power outages (one over 24hrs) water outages and no internet connection for most of our trip. Although power outages and internet were of no ones fault, there needs to be measures put in place ex generators or power walls and upgrade to internet and availability before we...

« Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. »

« We enjoyed many happy hour sunsets from our private balcony watching ferries and sailboats as they came and went from the harbor, then walked the short 2 block walk to the wharf area for our choice of fine restaurants, bars, live music, cruz bay nightlife or shopping. Perfect location for our 5-night vacation. »

"Outstanding apartment in Saint John. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. Communication was smooth and professional, with clear instructions and excellent responsiveness. An excellent choice for Saint John — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
