« Property is old and units need updated. Staff is very poor at communicating and do not want to help guest. They are hateful and rude. The concierge staff is not helpful at all and the Ocean 362 restaurant is poorly staffed. You will find the concierge is the bar tender.
The owners need to get better staff!
We will not stay here again! Not worth the money. »

« This was our first stay at St. John & Casa Brisa Colina. We had a wonderful experience. Celia was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very much appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, and collection of books. We cooked our own meals, used the grill, and enjoyed the pool after full days at the beaches. The view is spectacular from the very large, private, elevated patio. Be aware finding a place to park downtown is challenging....

« Very friendly hosts, Angelica and Ben, and exactly as described online. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a self service laundry room and an honor bar if u need a water or a beer or sunscreen. Wi-Fi was great averaging about 60 mbps. The kitchenette worked great, even had an oven and microwave. There are free flippers and snorkeling gear and you can switch out your beach towels yourself. Walking to the market took about 20 minutes, and about 15 minutes to town the...
