« This was our first stay at St. John & Casa Brisa Colina. We had a wonderful experience. Celia was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very much appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, and collection of books. We cooked our own meals, used the grill, and enjoyed the pool after full days at the beaches. The view is spectacular from the very large, private, elevated patio. Be aware finding a place to park downtown is challenging....

« My daughter and granddaughter were my house mates. We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our beach trips. I would definitely stay here again. You will need to rent a Jeep »

« The location of this condo to Cruz Bay is wonderful. The Condo was clean, air conditioning was nice and cold and check in was easy.
They provide you with beach towels, chairs, coolers and floaties. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Coconut Coast Villas. »

« We came to St. John for a family wedding, and the villa was a perfect spot for all the Aunts, Uncles, and Grandmother of the Bride. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet. Everyone felt like their bedrooms were very private, while the community spaces were well laid out for enjoyable family time. It was conveniently located and a quick walk into town for events.
