« Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too.
Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. »

« Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but havenât received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if Iâd return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. »

« This was our first stay at St. John & Casa Brisa Colina. We had a wonderful experience. Celia was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very much appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, and collection of books. We cooked our own meals, used the grill, and enjoyed the pool after full days at the beaches. The view is spectacular from the very large, private, elevated patio. Be aware finding a place to park downtown is challenging....

« What a find, so unique, spacious beautifully furnished & stocked, the view from the deck canât be beat ooh that hammock! Vaulted ceilings, the master bath doubled as a greenhouse & bathroom! Celia the caretaker was a great & prompt communicator so patient & helpful when we arrived a little later than expected met us at the ferry landing & directed us to the house no way of finding it without her no street signs & steep windy roads thankfully my husband drove. Never seen roads like this before on...

« Very friendly hosts, Angelica and Ben, and exactly as described online. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a self service laundry room and an honor bar if u need a water or a beer or sunscreen. Wi-Fi was great averaging about 60 mbps. The kitchenette worked great, even had an oven and microwave. There are free flippers and snorkeling gear and you can switch out your beach towels yourself. Walking to the market took about 20 minutes, and about 15 minutes to town the...

« The property is amazing, perfect for a family vacation for all 12 of us. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor dining options, the pool is excellent, many properties in St John have small pools, this pool is huge. We appreciated the beach chairs and other gear, and we even liked seeing the peacocks walking around that part of Cruz Bay »

« This house has amazing views and is located very well to the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay, while still being very private and quiet! George was a great host and guided us to the house and checked in during our stay to see how everything was. House was well equipped with everything you would need! »
