« We LOVED our stay!! I love this side of the island. It’s calm and quiet and peaceful and the cottage was perfect. Great place to walk to Skinny legs for dinner and short drives to some of the amazing beaches. The host was incredibly helpful and commmunicative. We will ABSOLUTELY bar back! »

« Our host was great as well as our stay. The views were amazing and the beds were comfortable. The A/c in each room was excellent. There is a nice pool to cool off in on a lower level. For those booking, please follow the directions from the host. Do not use GPS or Maps. They will lead you astray. Ask me how I know lol. »

« What an incredible visit! We came back after staying here 5 years ago, and definitively won’t wait as long next time! Checkin and communication was so smooth, easy and relaxed, the location so close to Coral Bay and short drives to our favorite snorkel spots, and also close to great, chill food options - it was the perfect unwind that we needed! »

« We had a really great stay here. The hot tub at night was a highlight—so relaxing after a full day out. The views are absolutely spectacular and made every morning feel special. The space was very clean and well cared for, and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout. Our family truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!!! »

« We had a very special week at Joy Of Life Villa. The view was extraordinary! Stunning! The property was very clean and up to date. Beautiful. Our host Karen was one of the most helpful, hospitable, friendly persons we have ever dealt with. She was generously available to answer our questions. We would love to come back some day! »

« We have been to St. John many times and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was always nice to come back after a day in the sun. Karen was extremely easy to communicate with. And the on island housekeeper Irvanya was terrific as well. Our favorite beaches are Francis, Hansen's and Maho - all of which are easy to get to from Coral Bay. Karen will tell you that you need a 4WD car to get up the access road to the house and she is right. Avoid getting an AWD, go with the Jeep...
