« The room was used when we arrived. Poo in toilet/bed not made & nothing cleaned from prior guest. Had to wait 45 minutes for the cleaner to arrive to clean it in over 35 degree heat & wait for it to be minimally cleaned. I was told we would receive a refund & have the room free of charge & have not received funds back. »

« Everything seemed fine until later in the evening when we pulled back the bed covers and found the sheets had not been replaced after previous use! We made alternative provisions to sleep on the bed but not between the sheets! There were several dark hairs and creasing on the left side of the sheet. We took pictures and went to reception in the morning (9am) before leaving. No one was in attendance. We will not be going back. Very disappointed. »

« The room was new, comfortable and spotless. Bedding is flat and firm which I like but some like less. Entry door is little 'gappy' and could benefit from draught proofing. Be aware that this is a very basic country hotel motel. There is no landscaping - just gravel like a trucking yard. There can be noisy revelers but I was untroubled. Staff friendly and efficient (the bottleshop does service as 'hotel reception') »
