« Personnel is amazing and courteous. The rooms are old and outdated, noisy air conditioner, muggy. Breakfast buffet is great, evening menu is extremely ordinary. »

« I appreciate the cleanliness and modernization of the hotel and the rooms. The pricing is also very reasonable. The exercise equipment in the room is an added bonus. The only drawback is they don’t include breakfast. That’s not a dealbreaker for me, they have a restaurant on premises and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. This is my second time staying at the property. I hope they maintain the standard. A lot of hotels I have been do not adhere to the standard of cleanliness. »

« Was close to family, and has been used by other family members. Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, free parking and a close spot. »

« Place is outdated needs a major upgrade. Water was hot for the shower or whirlpool. Can’t use any apps or anything on the tv. Wasn’t worth the price at all »

« The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing 5 stars for the chef!!! And the staff at the bar were great!! The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for the amenities because a lot of them I didn’t use and my room was not as clean as it should of been someone actually used the bathroom and didn’t flush when I arrived. »

« I checked out of this property on Saturday October 24 two days early because it was not up to par and the pet Oder and dandruff aggravated my allergies Expedia reached out to the property manager and she told them she would not refund the remaining 2 days on the stay Rui, the manager, also told me when I inquired that she fully intended to rebook the room, not refund Expedia and she wished me luck getting my refund as I was leaving after I told her that was bad customer service and with such...

« Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propre, mais il faudrait les rénover. Le personnel est très agréable. Un casino se trouve dans le même bâtiment »

« Chambre propre Petit déjeuner très spartiate Jacuzzi chaud mais sans fonction Piscine non entretenue ( margelles toutes vertes, marches glissantes) »

« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »

« We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. The room was clean. Staff were super friendly. They even gave us a gift for leaving them a review which I think is kinda cool. Breakfast was good with many options. They even heat up our food for us. It has plenty of parking and right off I-55, which is super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. »
